Cancellation Policy

 Payment for inspection services is due at the time of scheduling. 

Cancellation Policy: (Unless other arrangements are made)

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund, less a 3% credit card processing fee.
   
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of $350.
   
• No Refund:  Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, No-shows  or cancellations after the inspector has arrived at the property are not  eligible for a refund.
