Our Process

1. Consultation and Proposal

Our comprehensive property inspection consultation allows us to  thoroughly understand your needs, identify specific requirements for the  inspection, and define the complete scope of work.  We will discuss the  property type, inspection areas, and address any specific concerns you  may have.  Following this consultation, we will prepare a detailed  inspection proposal that includes costs, timelines, and specific details  about our inspection services, including methods, deliverables, and  terms.  Once we reach an agreement, we will schedule your inspection and  proceed to the next steps.

2. Agreements and Payment

Before the inspection can proceed, the client must complete the  inspection agreement and submit payment. These steps ensure that  expectations are clearly defined and services are secured.

3. Site Inspection

In preparation for the upcoming site inspection, we will conduct a  comprehensive review of client provided documents including site plans,  previous inspection reports, and detailed repair & maintenance  records.  This analysis will provide valuable insights into the  property's history and highlight specific areas of concern.  During the  on-site observation, we will perform a meticulous examination of the  property and it's building systems, assessing their current condition,  and identifying any visible issues.

4. Detailed Report

Following the site inspection, we will produce a comprehensive, detailed  report that includes photographs to document our findings, identify  potential issues, and provide recommendations for repairs, replacements,  or further evaluation by specialists.  Depending on the scope of  inspection or assessment, we will provide opinions of costs and/or  reserve forecast tables.

5. Post Report Consultation

After delivery of your report, we are here to have a follow-up  consultation to thoroughly review the findings and discuss any questions  or concerns you may have.
